If you opt to use the secure bankers card form, please fill in your token values and serial numbers where indicated, you can also use the box marked 'additional requests' at the bottom of that secure ordering form to relay any of your information, then along with all your other ordering details - including credit/debit card details for any further charge to be taken - please press submit and await our email confirmation. At this point we will ask you to send your National Book Tokens (paper voucher types) direct to us at Token House. If you are spending money from one of the new National Book Token Gifts Card, we will simply debit that card with the cost of your book(s) when they are ready to dispatch - there are no shipping fees within the British Isles. Please note however that books are sold to you at the cover price, as discounts do not apply to this kind of purchase.
We do not accept the one pound World Book Day tokens online, as these are not genuine National Book Tokens and cannot be redeemed by us as a retailer. Also note that UK Book Tokens cannot be redeemed against purchases made in any of our INTERNET PARTNERS bookselling sections of this site, for example 'pickabook' as these are affiliations. Only books purchased direct from us via the appropriate indicated links above are valid for Book Token redemptions and these books are sold to you at the publishers listed price, that means you pay the full cover price (rrp). Euro National Book Tokens are also not redeemable here.
